CYFL PRESENTATION DAY WINNERS & RUNNERS UP

Dear Club Secretary/Manager,

Firstly, congratulations on your team’s achievement this season. You are receiving this email because your team has finished as either League Winners or League Runners-Up in the Cornwall Youth Football League and is therefore invited to attend our Presentation Day.

Due to a change of circumstances outside the control of both the Cornwall Youth Football League and Truro Football Club, we have had to make a last-minute change of venue. The Presentation Day will now take place at Brannel School on Sunday 14th June.

Please note:

• Teams will be invited in age-group order.

• All players will receive a medal, regardless of whether they attend the Presentation Day or not.

• We will provide 17 medals for 11-a-side teams and 15 medals for 9-a-side teams.

• Teams wishing to purchase additional medals can do so. Please contact us for further information.

• Each team can nominate a representative to collect medals and trophies on the day if the whole team is unable to attend.

• If you are sending a representative, please let us know who will be collecting and provide an approximate collection time.

• A maximum of two guests per player may attend.

• Timings will be confirmed once we have a clearer picture of attendance numbers.

• As a rough guide, we anticipate the day starting from approximately 9:30am, with age groups invited throughout the day.

We hope to see as many teams as possible. However, it is really important for us to know attendance numbers so we can plan the day as efficiently as possible and ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone attending.

We urgently require a response and ask that all clubs RSVP by 12:00pm on Friday.

If we do not hear from you by this deadline, we will assume your team will not be attending.

Should attendance numbers be higher than anticipated and we are unable to accommodate everyone safely within the time available, we may need to move the oldest age groups to an alternative date. We sincerely hope this will not be necessary and would only consider this as a last resort once attendance numbers are known.
