Please accept this email as formal notice of the Cornwall Youth Football League Special General Meeting (SGM) and Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will both be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 9 July at 19:00pm.

Meeting Details Special General Meeting (SGM)

• Date: Thursday 9 July

• Time: 7:00pm

• Venue: Microsoft Teams

The purpose of the SGM is to consider and approve the Rules of Scory. Unfortunately, these rules were not circulated to member clubs within the required 14-day notice period ahead of the AGM. As a result, the League is required to convene a Special General Meeting before the AGM to ensure the Rules of Scory can be considered and adopted in accordance with League governance requirements.

Immediately following the conclusion of the SGM, we will commence with the:

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

• Date: Thursday 9 July

• Time: Immediately following the SGM (approximately 7:00pm)

•  Venue: Microsoft Teams.

Your club’s attendance at both meetings is important, and we ask that each affiliated club is represented by one or two people. Clubs need to confirm attendance via the Cornwall youth football league Click up form by the 07^th July

It is important that all Clubs review the documents emailed out to secretaries.
